What is resistance training???
- resistance training is any exercise or movement with added resistance/causes the muscles to contract.
- such as weight lifting,power lifting, even body weight training with added resistance
Why is it important?
- helps build and tone muscles
- increases your strength and performance.
There are few miss conception about resistance training , such as
👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 -" it will make me bulky"
- "it will cause me to became too big" - women usually think it will cause them to look like men 👆🏼👆🏼👆🏼 but these factors usually depends on your nutrition not entirely on your training style ...
How ever resistance training plays an important in building muscle and toning up...
Usually to grow muscles you need tear your muscle fibres/also knows as CATABOLISM and when it repairs with proper NUTRITION and HEALING TIME they grow back in better shape and capacity( also know as ANABOLISM)
